       CPAN::FirstTime - Utility for CPAN::Config file Initialization

SYNOPSIS
       CPAN::FirstTime::init()

DESCRIPTION
       The init routine asks a few questions and writes a CPAN/Config.pm or
       CPAN/MyConfig.pm file (depending on what it is currently using).
